Description: The Spider Plant is a popular and resilient houseplant known for its arching, narrow leaves that cascade gracefully from the center of the plant. The leaves are typically green with white or creamy variegation along the edges, although there are also all-green varieties. It produces long, wiry stems with small plantlets (offshoots or "spiderettes") that dangle from the mother plant and can be propagated to grow new plants. Spider Plants are native to South Africa and belong to the Asparagaceae family.
